BY ENTERING THE 'WIN A FREE TRIP' SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. SPONSOR: Uncommon Journeys LLC ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The 'Win a free trip' Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada who are at the age of majority or older in the state/province/territory as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, together with their distributors, vendors, advertising/sweepstakes agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, the entities supplying the Prizes herein (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. 1.SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on XXXXXX [please use date this page is created] at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. 2.HOW TO ENTER: If you are on Facebook and see an advertisement for the Sweepstakes, you may enter directly from the Facebook posting and then visit the Website to enter contact details, or vice versa. Upon completing all specified tasks, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical glitches that may interfere with submitting an entry. 3.RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: On or about August 30, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one winner who will receive a winner verification email by Sponsor on or about the day of the random drawing. The winner must respond to the winner notification email within 48 hours of first attempted notification or will forfeit their right to the Prize and the Prize may then be awarded to an alternate winner.  4.PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize – The prize includes round-trip train travel for the Sweepstakes Winner and one (1) guest from selected Northern California points served by the Goldrunner train, round-trip transfers to Yosemite Valley from Merced, entry fee to Yosemite National Park and two-night hotel stay at the El Capitan Hotel in Merced (or similar) including tax. Prize does not include travel to/from Northern California point served by the Goldrunner train nor any items of a personal xnature like meals, additional sightseeing, trip insurance, etc. Alternate dates may be offered at Sponsor’s discretion. Additional nights may be available at additional cost with details upon request. Total ARV of the prize being awarded: $880 USD. 1.RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Changes in accommodation type may be available upon request at an additional cost. Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or a guardian 25 years or older. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prize. No cash redemptions. No substitutions of prize, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.

2.ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relati ng to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize. The Winner acknowledges and agrees that as a part of entering their name on an entry form that they consent to their name being disclosed by the Sponsor for publicity purposes and the winners’ list request. 3.GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic, health emergency, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the Winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 4.LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or

otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another Entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover Prize at its sole discretion. 5.DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of a Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of California under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator. Arbitration does not apply to Canadian entrants. 6.PRIVACY: Entrants agree that their personal information may be collected and used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy | Uncommon Journeys. By opting in to receive marketing communications, entrants agree to receive special offers and newsletters via electronic mail from, or on behalf of, Sponsor for online marketing purposes, including but not limited to future offers and sweepstakes.
